Hull Humber View Hotel, BW Signature Collection

I enjoyed my breakfast as plenty of choices and I could sit with my dog in the bar to eat it. The bar was nice and quiet so I enjoyed a drink on the night with my dog as it's a very dog friendly place. And also I could sign into my Netflix on the TV so that what's handy too. Also enjoyed the fact there was a big fan which I needed and used. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever I asked anything.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady that served us at breakfast on Friday morning on the 10th of January and the chef was friendly too. Harry was also great and helpful, he got us vegan sausages when we asked for them and set us up in the bar area so we could have the dog and he was very friendly, and nice, offered great customer service. The music in the bar area was nice and relaxing and the views from our room, the bar and breakfast room were stunning. Lovely outside area to walk the dog too and easy to get to the hotel with lots of nearby places to visit, we particularly liked visiting Barton, the nature reserve there with a viewing room and the garden centre.

The location is fantastic with uninterrupted views of the Humber and the Humber Bridge. Only a short walk away from the bridge footpath. The hotel was comfortable with an excellent lounge area, outdoor decking area and breakfast room all with that great view. They also had two really cool lounge pods outside which I fell asleep on one afternoon. Food was very good although a bit pricey. There was a huge wild field to the back with a worn path for dog walking. We saw loads of rabbits and a red deer one day wandered across the field. Staff were very friendly and helpful albeit in limited supply. They gave us some free kitkats when we had munchies one night and had free fruit on arrival.

From entering to leaving it was a great experience. Brian made our stay wonderful.poor man was working between reception and the bar but his smile never left his face. Hr was proffessional and even stayed calm during busy times and ensured we wanted for nothing.A pure credit to the company. Nothing was an issue for him. The outdoor seating area with the views was amazing. The hotel was impeccably clean. The room was spacious and comfy. Although the heat ramped up there was a fan in the room for us. The little gift box containing tea coffee, water coke and crisps and biscuits was a lovely touch. We had a meal from the bar menu in the evening which was tasty and filling. Breakfast the next morning(included in our stay) was a good choice although buffet style and wasn't piping hot but still tasty. The waitress in the morning was professional and friendly. Sorry didn't get her name. Will definitely return.

Quiet location yet close to main access roads to city center and beyond. Staff helpful kept us well informed. No evening meal on arrival night but provided us with local and personal recommendations. Breakfast service was excellent and the waitress was very pleasent and helpful.
